OCEAN VIEW CORNER UNIT LIGHT AND BRIGHT, GROUND FLOOR, BEACH GEAR INCLUDED

Ground Floor Studio. Corner Unit. Light and Bright. Located at Maui Kaanapali Villas on Kaanapali Beach.
We include beach gear: masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, ice chest, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take it all to the beach.

Walk two minutes through tropical gardens to Kaanapali's finest beach with fantastic snorkeling right in front of the property.

Beachfront dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the ocean front, famous Cast Away Restaurant only steps away from the condo for those days you don't want to cook.

2 pools and jacuzzi's to choose from, one is right next to the condo, the other a 2 minute walk through the gardens.

Free trolley to the other side of black rock to the famous Whalers Village where you will find more restaurants, art galleries, shops and many water sports to choose from.
Close to Napili, Kahana, Honokawai, and Kapalua for more restaurants, art galleries, shops and more activities.

Our little grass shack is decorated in the style of Old Hawaii with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful hand scraped bamboo flooring provides a wonderful feeling under those sun kissed bare feet. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable king size bed, with luxurious linens and lots of pillows, and flat screen smart t.v. with Netflix and Amazon is you have an account. We also provide lots of extra towels, beach towels, boogie boards, masks, snorkels, beach chairs and umbrella for your use. There is a BBQ area on property close to unit as well as a laundromat.

There is an additional facility fee of $35 plus applicable taxes (TAT - 10.25%, GET -4.71%, and MCT - 3%) for a total cost of ($35.00 + $3.59 + $1.65 + $1.05) = $41.29 per night.

Wonderful Vacation Condo!

What a beautiful condo! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is equipped with every amenity you can think of, and the welcome basket from Jeanne was a lovely touch. Can't beat the location, Kaanapali Beach is walking distance. We can't wait to come visit again.

I just loved loved loved my stay here more than I can say! This condo is beautiful, clean, gracious, well located and quiet. The pictures do not do this condo justice. We were so comfortable for our entire trip. The extras provided were perfect; The basket of local goodies, the beach bag with a zipper, small cooler in the wagon outside, Beach chairs, Extra toiletries that we forgot, and all the kitchen items we needed. Jeanne is a wonderfully responsive host! We will definitely be returning.

Kaanapali heaven

This condo is only steps to North Kaanapali beaches and has great snorkeling with fish and turtles, swimming, beach walks, and wonderful views of offshore islands. It’s heaven to stay here, and Jeanne is a delightful host, very friendly and accessible, and she gave us a gift basket of goodies and orchids all around, even a lei. You can swim in the pools, play shuffleboard, cook your own food or eat at Castaways restaurant. I started each day by walking the tranquil beach at dawn, and spent more days on the beach. An Absolutely Delightful Stay!

Pictures don't do this awesome studio justice! The space was perfect for the two of us. A very comfy king bed, ample size dining room, large bathroom with separate tub/shower. Loved the location - steps away from the smaller pool and very close to the larger one. Hot tubs at both were amazing. Beach is steps away from the larger pool and sunset was gorgeous with chaise loungers on the grace right by the sand beach. Jeanne was awesome! The special touches in the unit were too numerous to mention! We loved it and will be back!

Perfectly appointed studio style condo with a beach view on Kaanapali Beach. Perfect for couples. We found the unit very clean and every detail was addressed by our host Jeanne. We were impacted by the Maui wildfires and unable to complete our entire stay, but we would definitely consider staying here again once things return to normal.

Fabulous Maui Condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful week in Maui celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the owner left a lovely gift basket with wine, chocolate macadamia nuts, Maui coffee, and other island delights. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and even a few dinners in the well-equipped kitchen, and we also enjoyed the wagon full of beach supplies. Maui Kaanapali Villas is our favorite place to stay in Maui, and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Birthday/ Getaway

Jeanne, the owner, was very responsive to all our questions and made a trip to meet us in person. She provided a basket with goodies from the area which was nice after a long flight and late arrival. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. We loved using the wagon for the days spent at the beach and that there were multiple activities within walking distance of the unit. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great time!

My name is Jeanne and I take care of our family's Villa's. I moved to Lahaina in 1974 and have lived on the other side of the island in Makawao and Haiku since 1980. All of my children were born here and have had the wonderful opportunity to live the lovely life as a kid on Maui. My oldest son went to college and traded his surfboard for a snowboard, so we don't see him as much as we would like. My two younger boys still live the good life on Maui and love to spend time at our villa. My brother's and their family's live in Callifornia and they try to make it over often. Everyone in our family has lived here at different times and in the 1980's we all lived here with Mom, Dad, and all of our kids and spouses. It is now fun to share our place with others like you. We are sure you will enjoy being here as much as we do. Hope to meet you soon.

Why they chose this property

When I first moved here my friends and I would park our Prindle Cat sailboats on the beach in front of MKV. It was our hang out spot. When my family would come to visit we of course would go to the beach and sail, spending most of our time at the MKV Castaways bar and the beach sailing. When my Dad came in 1977 he loved the property so much that he purchased our first villa. A few years later he purchased another one and we have been enjoying, renting, remodeling and still hanging out at the beach. Now some of my children are older than I was when I first arrived on Maui and things haven't changed much. Everyone loves going to the villa. I am sure we will pass them on to our kids just as my Mom and Dad did. It is one of the only places on Kaanapali Beach that still has that wonderful feeling that it had back then. We hope you find as much enjoyment as we have.
