Vibrant two-story home with colorful atmosphere. This home, merely 30 yards from the beach, features a gorgeous ocean view. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor of this home, 2 of which have queen beds with the third having two sets of bunk beds. This first floor also includes a bathroom and a washer and dryer. Upon climbing the gorgeous, tiled staircase, guests are greeted with a cute living area, kitchen, and most importantly, an ocean view. The living area consists of a dining table, wood-burning fireplace (bring your own wood/fire logs), and couches on which to watch TV. The television includes a smart Blu-ray player to watch DVD's or stream on Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped for as much (or as little) cooking as you would like to do with appliances such as: a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and microwave. The upstairs area also features a second bathroom as well as access to an outside with with an ocean view. The deck features a wood-fired oven and plenty of seating to soak in the view. The lower level has an enclosed courtyard & front patio with a charcoal barbeque and outdoor dining area w/Palapa & fireplace. Other amenities include a full-size air mattress for extra sleeping, ceiling fans, and central air and heat. Bedding & Bath towels provided and beach Chairs available in the garage. Pets allowed upon approval.
