Please take assurance that prior to your arrival we sanitize every light switch, every handle, every door knob, every remote control, lamp switches, broom handles, vacuum cleaner handle, water station handles and everything we know you will touch!

When vacationing with your furry family member (only dogs <50lbs allowed) we will need to know the age, breed, and weight of your dog. There is a pet fee of $25/night per house-trained dog (up to 2 dogs). Once booked an additional payment request will be sent for $325. This is a refundable pet damage deposit.

Please note that we do not have a minimum night requirement, but we do have a minimum rate requirement that depends on when and how many guests will be staying with us.

Our proximity to Scottsdale makes it easy to eat all of your meals in delicious restaurants that run the gamut from pub burgers to steak and seafood or chef owned and operated restaurants. However, we highly recommend eating in at least once to enjoy the grill or have us recommend a chef to put the Teppanyaki cooking table to good use!

We have a list of in-house chefs who arrive with groceries and prepare a delicious meal (for an additional fee) while you enjoy the house and amenities.

If you are looking for the real old west you're coming to the right place with downtown Cave Creek "Old Town" feel. Check out the local shops including furniture and precious gems shops. Catch a cowboy style "gun duel" on the main street of Cave Creek.

• After booking your vacation, instructions & required documents will be emailed separately to be signed online.

• Check-in: 4pm – check out: 10am (If you would like to check in earlier or check out later than the regular scheduled time please contact us the day before and as long as we don’t have anyone checking in or out that day and the home can be ready at your required time then it would be no problem.)

Additional fees assessed through legal venues after booking as stated:

• Some platforms only charge for 16 guests at most – because this home sleeps 25 people groups with more that 16 people can pay the extra person fee directly to us and can be billed separately after booking.

• Every booking from November - May pays heated pool and spa fee of $100/night and is billed separately after booking ($300 minimum).

• Pet fee: Please let us know if you are bringing your furry family member (dogs only). The rate is $25/night per dog with a $50 minimum per dog and is billed separately after booking - We only allow house trained & non violent family dogs. We need to know the breed and the age of your dog(s).

• Security deposit: We use a third party service "Superhog", that will collect and handle your deposit outside of this platform.

Do not book this home unless you agree to our house rules

• Watch your children around water at all times - We have a pool and 2 spas on the property! We do have door sensors that must be activated by plugging the battery in.

• If tenant must cancel within the 365 days tenant will be refunded up to the amount recovered if landlord is able to book another group to stay on all of your same dates. Any refund will be sent back the latter of either your scheduled checkout date or the new guest’s check out date for the amount paid by the new guest not to exceed the amount originally paid by tenant.
