Nestled in the garden under the shade of the towering elms, is a stand-alone cottage which affords great privacy. It features an oversized great room with fireplace, ceiling fans and large window seat with a view of the courtyard for lounging or two extra sleeping spaces for guests.
Opening to the great room is a full kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and its own laundry room. It is a one bedroom with a king size bed, built in dressers in the large closet and one bath with claw foot tub & shower.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

We are located on the trolly line that runs North and South in Laguna Beach. It provides access to all areas of Laguna Beach and the festivals.
