Up for rent is a beautiful 65 sqm apartment in Menton with a wonderful sea view. Appartment located on the 4th floor within 200m of the sea, which is 2 minutes walking. There are 2 bedrooms and a living room with a panoramic windows and a tiny balcony. If you travel by car you can park your car in the private parking spot (works on first come first served basis cause the parking spaces belong to all building tenants).

The first bedroom has a double bed and a crib/baby bed with a sea view. The second bedroom has 2 single beds with a mountain view. The living rooms has a 2 sofa beds where you can sleep on. There's a LCD TV with hundreds of channels (including English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian and etc) and Hi-speed Wifi internet.

There's a 'carrefour city' supermarket within 300 meters along with other markets and cafe's. 500 meters to the Tennis club.

Lovely location

The property was perfect for me as it was close to the beach and shops. It is an older style property so if you want modern then this is probably not for you.

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, bien situé (proche commerces et plage). Belle vue sur la mer et la montagne. Quelques rénovations à prevoir (lunettes wc, mur).

Lovely apartment in great location. But not recommended if travelling with children.

This is a lovely apartment - clean, well-equipped, spacious, great views. It's in a perfect location for exploring Menton. And Lili is very friendly and welcoming. However, the neighbour downstairs is not tolerant of the sound of small feet in the apartment above and we had some very unpleasant exchanges with him. Sadly, I cannot recommend this property for families.

Perfect home base for 3 months in Menton

My husband, daughter, small dog and I just spent almost 3 months in this apartment and had a wonderful stay. Here’s what we really liked about it: - Wonderful location, only 5-minute walk to the beach, 8 minutes to the train station & plenty of restaurants, markets & boulangerie nearby. In other words, no car needed! It's about a 20-minute walk to Old Town, which we visited often, but it was nice to be in a less touristy area & we preferred our nearby beach. - The view of the sea from the spacious living/dining area is wonderful, & it was nice to open up the balcony doors to let in the fresh air. One thing to note is that the balcony is not big enough to sit on (that would be a “terasse” and would likely increase the rate), but we were perfectly happy trading that for easy access to the beach. - The two bedrooms were a relatively good size & there was plenty of storage space throughout. - The owner and the woman who helps manage the property are awesome - very responsive, great communication. The only issues I can mention are 1) The noise from the scooters outside is pretty loud, mainly impacting the bigger front bedroom with queen bed. (I didn't mind it, but my husband did so depends on how sensitive you are to noise.) and 2) The kitchen is tiny, but we adapted & realize French kitchens aren't like those in the U.S. The combo washer/dryer (for laundry) is under the stovetop, but it was nice to have. :-) Overall, awesome time, and we would definitely stay here again!

Bon séjour à Menton

Appartement propre et très bien situé. Malgré quelques petits soucis avec un propriétaire du dessous, nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Menton. Merci encore à Lili pour sa grande gentillesse. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire du logement. A refaire !

Eine Woche Menton im Oktober

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war super einfach. In der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich eine gute Bäckerei sowie mehrer kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Es ist ein kurzer Weg zum Meer, und der steinige Strand ist nur ein kleines Stück weiter. Obwohl die Wohnung im 4. Stock liegt ist es tagsüber wegen dem ständigen Autoverkehr relativ laut. Auch im Oktober ist es sehr schwer, einen Parkplatz für das Auto zu finden.

parcheggio auto missione impossibile

ci era stata assicurato il parcheggio auto riservato, mentre non era vero ed anche rvoler parcheggiare in garage privati questi ultimi erano tutti pieni. Costretto a girare una infinita' di tempo per cercare un posto dove parcheggiare. Alloggio bello, pulito, centrale, vicino al mare.

Children friendly appartment near beach and bus station

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Menton ! The closest beach is prised by the locals, tasty boulangerie (Madone) is two blocks away. Near all commodities. We recommend for sure and would be happy to come back !

very nice appartement close to the beach

we enjoyed a lot our stay in Menton positive : very clean , well equiped, and functional appartment air condition was a very positive point location was ideal for us , close to bus station to Monaco, Saint Agnes, Gorbio, Roquebrune and not far away from train station negative : soundproof according to building type (neighbours are quiet, but could well ear the "noise" of our childrens

alloggio pulito ampio e luminoso. Noi eravamo in 5 e siamo stati comodi. Aria condizionata molto efficiente. Circa 200 metri dal mare. Sempre nell'arco di 200 metri troverete un piccolo alimentare e altri servizi utili. 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Mentone. Non essendo centralissimo abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio vicino. Consigliato

Un grand merci à Lili pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Appartement bien situé, conforme à l'annonce, propre et très bien agencé. Possibilité de places de parc gratuites dans les environs. Un seul bémol toutefois : le bruit de motos et de scooters au milieu de la nuit, mais le propriétaire n'y est pour rien. Un grand merci pour le séjour et belle continuation à vous.

Propriétaire très courtois et très réactif même s'il n'est pas sur place. Lili, qui nous accueille, est très agréable et de bons conseils. Appartement fonctionnel dans un quartier calme et très bien situé avec belle vue mer.

Ein paar entspannte Tage in Menton

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und hat einen tollen seitlichen Blick über die Dächer der Häuser hinweg aufs Meer. Supermarkt, Metzger sowie der Bäcker sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die Strandpromenade und diverse Restaurants sind in kurzer Distanz. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und praktisch eingerichtet, als kleines Manko könnte man anmerken das die Möbel teilweise in die Jahre gekommen sind. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft von George.

Nice apartment at ideal location

After little hiccup with handover we arrived at nice furnished apartment. It’s more than fully equipment and location is great to get to the sea, restaurants and also train station. If you come by car, just find a parking and keep the car there, we didn’t use it during the whole time. We used train to get around to Monaco and Nice. George is an excellnt host and took care of us even he was not around. Clear recommendation !

Erste Frühlingstage in den Parks von Menton

Dies war wohl die angenehmste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Grosszügig, hell und freundlich, sehr gut eingerichtet, mit schöner seitlicher Aussicht zum Meer. Kein Balkon, aber französische Fenster, die sich ganz öffnen lassen, ideal geeignet für die "Happy Hour" zuhause. Etwas Verkehr auf der Strasse unten, aber nachts haben wir die Fenster zur Strasse geschlossen und dafür das Küchenfenster zum ruhigen Innenhof geöffnet. Einen Parkplatz muss man sich auf der Strasse suchen, im März war das noch kein Problem. Einige gute Restaurants sehr nahe, Stadtzentrum und Altstadt in Gehdistanz, ein nächstes Mal würden wir Fahrräder mitbringen.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per le vacanze di fine anno. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione, è grande , noi essendo in 3, siamo stati molto comodi. Avrei, comunque, un consiglio da dare al al proprietario: cambiare le pentole, in quanto alcune erano veramente brutte e cercare di risolvere il discorso calcare nelle tubature dell'acqua , perchè quando ci si lavava con l'acqua calda scendeva pochissima acqua. Nel complesso, comunque, l'appartamento ci è piaciuto ma mi è piaciuto soprattutto l'interesse costante del proprietario.
