70s surf pad in great location

Fantastic location and well set up for families. Place is a little run down but that didn’t bother us. Very spacious and fantastic view. Those wanting pristine modern amenities might want to stay elsewhere.

Broken and worn out

Windows don’t close and tub faucet is broken. Missing lightbulbs. Furniture is stained. The house has not been uodated. The most minimal kitchen gear and the dish rack is rusty. No lamps on the nightstands. You need to buy a duraflame for the fireplace. Hot tub is missing cushions. The tree in the atrium is dead. No BBQ. Great location. Ocean view.
