Enjoy the entire ground floor of a large 2-story house. The space has its own private entrance and driveway and is fully self-contained with a large deck overlooking the park. The hosts live on the top floor along with a dog and 2 cats. Each of the 3 bedrooms is spacious and roomy and there's an open plan living / dining room which opens onto the deck. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom. The Green Market (fresh fruit & vegetables) and the Chocolate Bar Cafe are a 2-minute drive away. You can enjoy gentle strolls within the safety of the gated community or take a drive to the beautiful North coast, where you can find beaches such as the famous Maracas beach (20 minutes drive) and Las Cuevas.
