Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. In the heart of Destin. Recently remodeled 3 bedroom condo on the Destin Harbor. Large deck over the water is a perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy a cocktail or meal. 5 pools (and hot tubs) on property. 5 minute walk to beach. Parking is also available at beach. Restaurant and bar at the beach. Bathroom also at beach and pools.

Open layout which opens out on to a large deck over the Destin harbor. The deck runs the full length of condo. Spacious master with a king bed. The other side of house has 2 guest rooms each with queen beds. 2 bunk beds.

Age requirement to rent property is 25. Limit of 2 cars. Limit of 8 guests.

Why they chose this property
This is old school Destin. My family always loved coming to Destin when I was a kid. This area has always been special to me and so many others that grew up in the South. I love this condo complex because the people are nice and the complex is roomy and comfortable. And the beach here is amazing!
What makes this property unique
I have a huge deck right over the Destin Harbor. The view is Awesome. We have dolphins and other wildlife right off the back deck. And we have a huge nice beach and several pools and hot tubs.
