The Space:
A bright, airy living room with floor-to-ceiling glass windows greets you as you step into 2-Ten Paradise via convenient keyless entry, surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors. Relax and converse on comfy, overstuffed furnishings as the ceiling fan circulates cool air overhead. Or watch your favorite shows, movies, and sports on the 55” smart TV with stereo sound and a full array of cable channels, including NFL and HBO. Catch the beachy vibe and colorful surroundings.

The open-concept layout means you are steps away from the fully equipped kitchen, where you can prep and cook your most delicious recipes using new appliances, a deep stainless kitchen sink, and resurfaced countertops. You’ll also find an icemaker, microwave, heavy-duty blender, and toaster and all the cookware, bakeware, glassware, dishware, cutlery, and utensils to prep, cook, and serve satisfying meals for your group.

Grab your morning hot beverage at the complimentary coffee station from your choice of drip coffeemaker or Keurig, or refresh with a beverage from the built-in wine fridge. Sip coffee or indulge in a quick snack at the breakfast bar with barstools – also a great spot to set up a buffet-style meal.

Dine at the sunny banquette that seats seven, overlooking the pool area (also the perfect place to play games) or dine al fresco on Paradise Patio at the outdoor table for six, where an umbrella and outdoor heater provide comfort in any conditions. Pool toys and beach towels are supplied, and the covering means the little ones don’t need sunscreen while in the pool. A Port O Cool is also available. Fencing around the courtyard/patio area ensures that neither kids nor doggos will wander off.

Privacy in an intimate setting is paramount on the patio/courtyard area. Don’t be surprised if you don’t see a soul outside your group during your stay. Experience a restful night's sleep on the brand-new king-size Sealy cool-gel comfort mattress, with delightful sea-themed linens. Wind down to sleep watching the 32” wall-mounted TV. Step through a barn-door slider entrance and enjoy the convenience of the primary’s ensuite bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower equipped with a Bluetooth speaker. Want to step outside and sit a spell in the fresh air? Open the glass slider door and find two chairs in the side yard. This is also where you find the extra fridge/freezer.

You’ll love the handy full-size washer and dryer in the ensuite. And the kids will love the bunk room, separated from the primary by a double closet and clothes storage area. They’ll sleep in comfort on upper and lower twin-size beds with new cool-gel mattresses. On rainy days or while waiting for mom and dad to wake up, they’ll have a blast on the PlayStation 4 with six games supplied. Supported by super-fast Wi-Fi (300 mps), kids can also sign in online to play their own PS4 games. Other options include watching their favorites on the room’s own streaming TV or choosing from a selection of DVDs.

On the opposite side of the bungalow, discover the second bedroom, a soothing oasis that provides a queen-size bed, storage, 32” wall-mounted smart TV and access to the full guest bathroom across the hall and featuring a tub/shower combo.

For the adult, teen, or couple in your group seeking a little extra privacy, the detached pool house “Casita” bedroom provides a queen bed, half bath, storage, and 32” smart flat-screen TV. Occupants will feel cozy but not cramped.

The living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate additional sleeping needs.
