If you like the idea of enjoying the sunrise over the ocean and the sound of crashing waves from your bedroom window as you sleep then this is the condo for you! Two large , furnished balconies ( cushions please) with beautiful ocean, beach and way down the boardwalk views (looking south).
Four large comfortable bedrooms, three full baths and a spacious dining, living area. A huge kitchen, too.
The four of highly recommend this lovely condo.
Karen was a responsive rental agent and easy to work with. Stay here!
Love this property!! The location is perfect. Sizable and able to fit our family comfortably. Our point of contact was easily accessible. Check-in/out was easy too!
We have been coming to RB for many years
This is the very best — ocean views, steps to the beach and on the Boardwalk.
Plus, there is a beautiful park with a pond, just steps away!
Couldn’t have been a better location or accommodations! Easy access, parking, luxurious and very spacious and comfortable. Great view from balconies. Loved hearing the waves!
Please make sure you know that this VRBO does NOT provide sheets, towels and soap. So you have to bring your own. Other than that inconvenience, Great location and plenty of space. Had a great time and the place was comfortable and clean.
Size and location of this condo is great. Very quiet location but still in heart of action. Enjoyed both decks with ocean views. Parking easy right in front. Building is dated but well maintained.
We loved our week at this spacious condo. The views are great and the location is perfect. Close enough to attractions and restaurants but far enough away to miss the noise. Karen was extremely responsive to one small issue. She took care of it immediately. Overall, we had a great week!
We certainly enjoyed our stay as the view from the place (partial ocean) was very nice and it is a few steps from the boardwalk/beach, so very convenient. (The direction opposite from the beach has a nice pond with a playground as well.) The location is close to the northernmost point of the boardwalk (opposite end of Funland), which meant it was a lot less congested on the beach.
The main reason this isn't a 5-star rating is because the king bed in the main bedroom (with the partial ocean view) was unexpectedly uncomfortable. That room is really nice and big, but sleeping was rough enough that we actually left one night early just to be able to sleep in our bed at home instead.
Another note -- that did not factor into the rating -- is that, while it's dog friendly, the condos on the floor are all close and sounds really travel. The family that came with us had a dog that barked a lot, which led to complaints from others on the other floor. Ultimately, this meant that that family's dog couldn't be left alone for the bulk of the stay (e.g., one member of the other family staying behind or the dog had to come out, limiting where/what we could do). Again, this didn't affect the rating, but it's something anyone considering bringing their dog should think about beforehand.
Overall, we'd definitely stay again if that bed situation gets resolved!
I’ll start with the good- we loved the location and the condo itself. The beds were comfy and it was great to have the kitchen and laundry, and we loved the showers. It’s weird to me that you have to bring or rent your own linens and towels (never had to do that with a short-term rental before), but it’s the way things work in Rehobeth, apparently. The photos of this listing do not do it justice (weird to me in this day and age). It’s wonderful to have the balconies and view.
That said, we happened to be there when the beach replenishment project was in front of the building. Per the city’s website, it happens every 3 years and starts in Rehobeth and ends in Fenwick. The first night we were there we listened to construction vehicles beeping until after midnight. All day there was construction sounds and the view from our balconies were of bulldozers digging and a crane for our entire stay. We stayed for 3 nights and it wasn’t until our last night that we could hear the ocean, once they moved the construction vehicles down the beach.
I reached out to Karen to see if we could get a discount. $700/night with loud noises was disappointing and frustrating, but she said because it wasn’t in her/their control they wouldn’t give a discount. I understand, but it seemed unsympathetic, which only added to our feelings of disappointment. We’d travelled from New Mexico, so it was a long way and a lot of money.
I think it would’ve eased the blow (or we could’ve made alternative arrangements) if we’d at least known this could have been happening. The city did announce it a few months prior, so I would expect a property manager of a high-end, beach front property to at least update the listing, or send an email saying “this might be happening while you’re here.”
It won’t be an issue for anyone staying here again until 2026, but just a heads up.
We would definitely consider staying here again, but know that this project exists and there won’t be any empathy from the management when and if it is.
We have been coming to Rehoboth for years and had always wanted to stay oceanfront but it hadn't been possible. We found this condo recently and immediately reserved it. We loved it! It's spacious, comfortable and you can't beat the views.. It also comes with assigned parking which is a must in this town. Our pup also enjoyed watching the boardwalk and going on walks. The property manager, Karen, was a delight and very efficient. We will definitely be returning to Apt. A
Looking for a weekend, dog friendly visit to Rehobeth and this condo was fabulous! Located right on the beach with glorious sunrise views from the master bedroom and living room! The condo was two story with one bedroom on the main level and three upstairs. Plenty of room in the kitchen for preparing meals and the lake and park were just behind the condo. Dog paradise! The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Will be back in the future!
This condo was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding with ocean views and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We loved it.
The rooms in this condo are huge, and the views to the beach are fantastic. The dining area was great for meals together, and we were able to cook meals easily in the large kitchen. Everything is tastefully decorated, and we liked not having carpets or rugs, which are harder to clean. We brought a ton of supplies for cooking, but there are so many grocery stores (Giant, Aldi, Fresh Market, Walmart etc) in the area, we really didn’t need to. But we did need things like our pie dishes, and spices, olive oil, etc. It would’ve been nice to have had a hairdryer . And we ended up buying nicer toilet paper, paper towels, and more trash bags. The beds and bathrooms are great. The master suite was enormous with a sitting area and both bathtub and shower. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
We were looking to get away and relax a bit over Thanksgiving break and this condo right along the Boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach fit the bill for us. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It does have a little wear and tear, but that didn't take away from our enjoyment of the property. The bed rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Working with Karen was tremendously easy and she was responsive and able to answer all the questions we had.
The location of the unit was fabulous too. We were able to basically park our cars for the length of our stay and walk down the Boardwalk to everything we wanted to do in downtown Rehoboth. We avoided the outlets and the majority of Rt 1 during our stay, but you would have to drive if you want to stray further than the downtown area.
Our dog also enjoyed the unit as we were close to the lake and other grassy areas for his daily walks.
We are definitely looking at staying here again in the future. Thank you for making it a memorable holiday for us!
Very nice property with plenty of room. View of the ocean was beautiful with wonderful sunrises. Quiet end of town was nice. Great playground for little ones close by. Internet seemed to go down around 6:00 each evening but then came back. Would book again in a heartbeat if going back to Rehoboth.
This was our first time staying in Rehoboth after frequenting Lewes with our little ones. This condo was perfect for our family, and the grandparents. The location could not be better. It is far enough away from the hustle, but close enough to walk to the shops, food places and arcades/rides.
The unit was all we needed.
The only one improvement it needed isn’t a fault of the unit or management. There is no outdoor shower, just a foot washing station. It was impossible to not bring sand back in.
Right on the boardwalk and overlooking the beach, the location couldn't have been better. The unit was clean and spacious and well furnished. We will be back.
The property is outstanding. Clean, spacious, steps from the boardwalk and beach. Two balconies with amazing views. Parking was a dream.
Simply a perfect vacation experience from the ease of check-in to the simple, accurate, instructions, to...well, everything. The host was responsive t the few questions we had pre-check-in. Little surprises--like a closet full of beach chairs and toys. Really a very special property. Would give more than 5 stars if we could!
We loved staying at this condo with family. Beautiful Place, Beautiful Views. Everything was perfect except a few small things: The key situation (We had 8 adults and only 2 sets of keys. The property manager was responsive to this and added 2 more sets which really helped! Also, The kitchen could use some more containers, tea kettle, a can opener, that sort of thing. But we made do and really, the place is beautiful. The last thing is that the twin beds are hard as a rock, and we had two adults on them---maybe a topper to soften them up? Would stay here again. We loved bringing our dog.
You cannot beat this location - right on the boardwalk a quick walk to Rehoboth Avenue and all the rest of downtown Rehoboth. We were there for the Thanksgiving holiday with my parents, two family friends and, towards the end of the week, my brother and his friend. The place accomodated 8 adults easily. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was adequately appointed and we were able to put on a traditional Thanksgiving feast - turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes, rolls, without a hitch! Karen the property manager, was very responsive whenever I reached out to her during the week, and I really appreciated her professionalism. I'd stay here again, if I needed a place this big!
