Welcome to our family vacation home!
The villa by Bridgewater is a beautiful four bedroom home located in the quaint and nice community of Bridgewater Crossing while being close to all shops and restaurants. With its open space, lovely decor, its conservation views and its prime location, our Florida home will make the perfect relaxing vacation retreat for you and your family.

Close to Disney (15 minutes), Universal Studios (35 minutes), Sea World (30 minutes), Legoland,…along with the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic beaches (within an hour drive).

There are many shops and restaurants near by:
- Publix and Walgreens (5 minute-drive)
- Champions Gate shops and restaurants are 5 minutes away.
- Posner Park (Marshall’s, Target, Best Buy, Ross, Dicks, many restaurants and more) are10 minutes away.
- Walmart is only 15 minutes away.
Our community is also located only 3 miles from the prestigious Champions Gate Golf course and a few miles from many other leading golf courses.

Our clean and non-smoking villa offers everything you have at home. Cable TV, FREE wireless internet access, free national calls, fully functional laundry machine/ dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen (stainless steel appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher, a large side-by-side refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker and all the needed kitchenware).

The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort (except for the garage) and its 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people and two small families.

At the back of the house, there is the master bedroom (with the king size bed, a comfortable mattress and a 40'’ TV with more than 200 channels) and the master bathroom and closet. There is also the Mickey Mouse Retreat with 2 twin beds and quality mattresses. Those two bedrooms are overlooking the pool area.

At the front of the house, a comfortable guestroom (with a queen size bed and a 40” TV) can welcome another couple. There is also a kids bedroom including a bunk bed with two quality twin mattresses and 32” TV. A second bathroom can be shared by the guests sleeping in this part of the house.

There is also an inviting dining room and a comfortable living room that includes leather couches and a 40” flat screen TV with more than 200 channels and internet access.
Let’s not forget the game room with a dashboard, a pool table and foosball table!

Our heated, private, screened pool overlooking a woodland conservation area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a refreshing dip after a busy day at the theme parks. The house is located on a large lot insuring a lot of privacy while sunbathing and swimming. Guests have full use of the community facilities: 2 tennis courts, a basketball field, a large community pool, a pond and a lake. Everything being only at a 2 minute walk.

The property was very nice as was the pool. We were frustrated that there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels. There was no dish soap at all, one tab for the dishwasher - which didn’t work and we had to wash all the dishes by hand. The garbage disposal backed up and we had to bucket the water out the property manager did fix the disposal but not the dishwasher. We were disappointed that there were not enough towels - extras for the pool for example. Every VRBO we have stayed in had at least the bare necessities. We had to buy the stuff and then had to leave it there. Hopefully it stays for the next guest. Very close to the theme parks etc so that was good.

Met all our needs

The house is clean, tidy, and met all our needs! We enjoyed the heated pool. The house has a great set up of 2 rooms towards the front of the house and 2 towards the back. The house is very centrally locatedClose to groceries stores, restaurants, and Disney parks. We enjoyed the pool table in the garage also.

Great size and distance from Disney

Overall, the place was great and perfect for a Disney vacation. Only negative is it would have been nice to have a few more basic items onsite (i.e. more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, a couple more trash bags, etc) and washcloths as we were only able to find towels and hand towels.

Good stay in cooler weather

Nice and spacious and a good location. Quiet and the main bed was very comfortable. The host and property manager were very helpful indeed when we contacted them about a small matter. The pool was warm enough for me to swim in several times at an unseasonably low air temperature. Great for a family. I'd like enough toilet roll to be provided As tourists, I really don't want to be doing that sort of shopping, but maybe a few guests have abused this in the past?

Relaxing

The house was in a nice location for restaurants and groceries. A short distance for Disney. We did need to go to store for hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and condiments such as salt and pepper as there were no condiments and only the roll of toilet paper on the holder and paper towel on holder. Limited dish soap and bar soap for hands. We were there for a week and wash hands frequently. No wash clothes for the bathrooms.

Disney Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay for an affordable disney vaca with our small children and parents. It was a short drive to the parks but with traffic in the morning took us around 30-40min drive. The house had a pack n play and strollers which were very helpful to have. I liked how everything was on one floor with the kids and not worrying about stairs. Lots of space and very clean. Would recommend this place. Thank you again for letting us stay at your place.

Perfect home away from home

The house was well represented in the pictures. It was very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. The pool was clean and well maintained. We visited Disney, Universal and Gatorland and the distance was great for each location.

Good stay

The house was clean and nice. The pool table was unlevel and the pool sticks were broken. There were no balls for the foosball table. There thermostat was only allowed to be set 72-77. When we were there it got to 50 degrees and it only blew cold air. No way to kick the heat on. It was freezing. Pool was nice to have heated.

Comfortable spot that met our needs.

The area was quiet and the home was as expected for the price point. Plenty of amenities near by. All bedding and linens felt clean and were in good condition. Furniture was also clean and comfortable. Pool furniture was showing some age but functional and very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy in the back yard/ pool area. Beds were comfortable, and all appliances were clean and up to date. Games in the games room were showing some wear but it met our needs as it was only one child traveling with us who used them. We were very satisfied with this VRBO.

Family Disney Trip

The house was set up wonderfully for our family vacation. We had 4 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of common space for us to enjoy together but also the layout of the bedrooms gave everyone space to have privacy when needed. The location is easy to get to stores, shopping, and parks. I’d recommend using Lake Wilson Rd to Irlo Bronson to get to the Disney area as the I4 was backed up a lot. The pool area was great. We had plenty of shallow space in the pool for my mother who isn’t a swimmer and my toddler to practice swimming. There was enough seating and space around the pool for our smaller group to enjoy. The property provides privacy as it is lined by trees in the back, and the neighbors pool on one side is on the opposite side of their home. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

All the ingredients for a wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa. The area is really nice, quiet friendly and private. Christine was very quick and helpful in responding to any queries i had. The villa was beautifully clean and very well equipped. The only thing i would say is you have to add time on to your journeys and plan ahead as the traffic on the I4 and 192 is always bad. We would definitely recommend this villa, and would happily book it again the next time we come to Florida.

Great location

The house was in a great location - close to the parks and all the things we wanted to do, but also nice and quiet, close to an area of nature. It was well equipped and really comfortable, with everything we needed. There were a few issues on first getting there, the TV was not working properly, the AC stopped working and a number of the lights were out, but the owner was very responsive as was the maintenance company when we contacted them. The maintenance company should have probably checked the property before we arrived which I don’t think they did, but within a day everything was fixed. So all in all it was a great stay and a very nice house which we would like to return to.

Lovely home in Davenport

Christine’s home was realistically more than we needed for just myself and my husband, but we had more room to store the shopping! We picked this rental because we’re familiar with the area and it being close to everything you need eg Publix, close access to I-4 for Disney etc and we can recommend 4 Corners Tavern! Communication with Christine was excellent before and throughout our stay. We had a couple of very minor issues, caused by things outside of anyones control and Christine responded promptly and courteously. The pool is a great size and perfect temperature for cooling off from the Florida sun. The house is excellently equipped if you wanted to dine at home during your stay. We particularly liked the pool table and dart board in the garage. Christine’s home would suit 2 couples or given the layout, 2 families with 2 smaller children each, allowing for each family to have some privacy if needed. The master bed is one of the comfiest we’ve ever slept in and the shower and bathtub were fantastic too. If we travel as a smaller party to Florida again, I would definitely consider staying at Christine’s - if she’d have us! :)

Spacious Quiet VRBO with Pool

This is a spacious, comfortable, quiet, private, VRBO with a warm heated pool. The perfect getaway after a long day of being out and about enjoying the FL sunshine. My husband and tween also enjoyed the game room. Check in was easy with an emailed document containing all needed information. Communication with owner was easy and I’ve already suggested some needed updates with this property that the owner was very responsive to.

Peacefull retreat

It is exacltly what we expected from a Florida house. Big enough for all the familly. Fun for the kids and the not so young. Orientation is great since we had sun from 8 am to 4 pm. Friendly neighbour. Just add extra time for the I4 traffic Thanks Christine

Great location to Disney

All shopping, restaurants, gas, etc were very close to the house. Extremely close to interstate making travel a plus. Would say it was 18 minutes, give or take, of travel time to reach Disney and about 35 minutes to Universal. Our daughter loved being able to swim in the pool in mid January! Very spacious and far more room than needed for our small family of three. Owner was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure we had what we needed. We would book again. Thanks!

Dust, Dust, Dust

Thick - old dust on all artificial plants and the air registers and the return register for the central air system has definitely not been cleaned for a very long time; hallway bathroom had malfunctioning toilet with dirty rusty tub and hole in the wall; old outdated decor and living room side tables and coffee table were really outdated and scratched; numerous remotes for tvs missing backs and taped up; kitchen was upgraded and nice; pool water was warm but couldn’t use it first whole day we were there as the pool service person came to treat it right when we were going in; game room - sad - mud wasp nests inside all of the garage windows, only one pool cue had a tip, light fixtures were super outdated, had to contact property manager twice - once for the hallway bathroom toilet and then again because the window alarm in the same bathroom started beeping and wouldn’t stop - low battery, also, if you rent this outdated “cash cow” for overseas investors, you will basically have to clean it yourselves. We will spend a little more next time. We have photos of everything submitted here. So much potential and so sad to see it not maintained. People care more about $$$

Fantastic property!

We had a fantastic week at the property! The house was spacious and perfect for our family of 6, it was such a bonus to have the heated pool! We were super close to the parks and spent time there, and also had rest days to swim and relax. It was the perfect post-holiday getaway!

Perfect quiet place to stay for theme parks!

First off the communication with propery owner was AMAZING!!!! The house was perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. I could see it being a perfect house for 2 families with 2 kids each. On one side of the house is the master bedroom with a big master suite. Next to that is a bedroom with 2 twin beds. On the other side of the house is a big bedroom with a queen bed, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds and a full bathroom in between them. It has a big heated pool that was clean and comfortable for a swim. On our stay the only big negative was the construction at the I4 interchange which is no fault to the property owner. Without traffic it is 20 minutes to DisneyWorld, with traffic anywhere from 34 to 60 minutes. Also 30 to 60 minutes to Universal Studios Resort and it was 60 minutes to Busch Gardens Tampa. We LOVED our stay here it was just what we needed to relax, recharge and enjoy our time in the Orlando area.

Central Florida is a great vacation area for families. Our comfortable vacation home is located in a quite and safe area but remains very close to major theme parks, shops, restaurants and leading golf courses. The screened lanai/pool and the conservation views offer great privacy. Our great home plus the community amenities (2 tennis courts, large community pool, one half basketball field, one volleyball field, a pond and a lake) simply make our kids happy. This is just the place to spend great family times.
