This rental, 'Unit A', is the downstairs of our duplex and is conveniently located on the serene North end of Amelia Island and is just steps from 4N Beach Access. Experience convenience near Main Beach's array of activities and Fort Clinch State Park's historical trails. A quick drive leads to the charm of Historic Downtown Fernandina. Please note there is a minimum stay of 30 nights.

This recently renovated, pet-friendly, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom downstairs duplex offers a cozy island haven. Unwind in the living room with a sleeper sofa, extra seating, and a smart TV after a day of island adventures. The well-stocked kitchen boasts butcher block countertops and provides your choice of a Keurig or drip coffee maker. Retreat to two beautifully decorated bedrooms – a king-size bed in the primary and a queen-size bed in the guest room. Each room is equipped with a sound machine and room-darkening curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. You'll also find a desk, convenient for any remote work.
