As you enter this newly renovated beach villa you will notice 2 gorgeous bedrooms. One bedroom offers 2 queen beds and the other bedroom has a king bed. Each bedroom on the lower level has a spacious full bath. Just off the foyer you will also find a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and extra small refrigerator. Walk upstairs to the 2nd level with gorgeous vaulted ceiling, large sectional with room for the whole family. The spacious kitchen seats 8 at the expansive island and there is an additional table with 4 chairs in the living area. the kitchen and living areas open to the expansive deck with extra seating and a grill. The main living area also has a full bathroom. On the 3rd level you will find another bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bath. This villa is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation, including 8 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
The beach is a short, 30 yard walk from the home. The Dunes House is located just out your front door as a wonderful beach front dining option.
Three world-class golf courses and a championship tennis and pickle ball center are just minutes away. Be sure to rent bikes and enjoy the endless trails throughout Palmetto Dunes and all of Hilton Head.
Outstanding restaurants and shopping are located just across the road from Palmetto Dunes, so enjoy a short drive or even a bike ride for some great food, ice cream and shopping.
