At "The Bayfront AC", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
