Kick back and relax in this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom private entire lower unit of the house, perfect up to 4 adults. Our house is a newly remodeled and freshly decorated home, promises the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Located strategically in North Seattle area, minutes away from Northgate station. Whether you're in town for a weekend getaway, a family vacation, or a business trip, this cozy space will be a great place to stay for you and your group.
Our home is thoughtfully prepared to meet your every need during your stay. Each bedroom features high-quality mattresses and premium linens to guarantee your comfort. Both bedrooms are also considerately furnished with a desk and chair, providing an ideal space for any home business or work-from-home activities. Our bathroom is well-appointed with fresh towels and essential toiletries, ensuring that your bathing needs are met with convenience and care. The kitchen is stocked with a comprehensive selection of utensils, cookware, servingware, and even spices, along with a convenient coffee machine, ensuring it's ready for your culinary needs. The washer and dryer is located in the garage and is a shared area with our maintenance team.
Disclosure:
• Please be aware that this property comprises two separate units/suites, each with its own private entrance.
• There may be some level of noise (including footsteps) from the top unit when it is occupied.
• Please note that the entire house can be booked as a whole through a separate listing.
Guest Access:
• The entire lower floor unit/suite B: the check-in will be done through door keypad. Details will be provided following your booking confirmation.
• Garage (shared space): the laundry (washer and dryer) is located in the garage. Please note that the garage is a common/shared space and under 24-hour video surveillance.
• The entire backyard space.
Other things to note:
• QUIET HOURS: Please be considerate of our guests in the upper unit. No loud noises allowed especially between 10pm to 8am. STRICTLY ENFORCED and penalty may apply!
• No Smoking Policy: this is a completely smoke-free house. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• No Parties/Events Policy: strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine).
• Pricing: we utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Maintenance: vendors (e.g. landscaper) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission.
