About this space
Well maintained Penthouse on the second floor. It is luminous, airy (windows on both sides allowing air to circulate), double height walls. Very quiet and close to everything. Excellent wifi, cable, Prime/ Netflix and local TV.
10 minutes walk to Mamitas beach. Two and a half blocks to the the famous fifth avenue.
Near restaurants, cafes, markets. Safe to walk, even at night.
Full bright kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bath. Office table and chair.
What I love most at Alegro Playa is having a kitchen with a window and lots of light, being surrounded by trees, a huge master bedroom, and the comfort of 3 baths. My husband loves the office chair, where he can work without any back pain.
We are always attentive to your well-being!
