Entertain in 4 BRs, a kid's fun room, great room with vaulted ceilings, sound system and fireplace. A large deck overlooks forested lands and features a hot tub and BBQ. Just 4 miles to Heavenly Resort with access to hiking, biking and fishing.

This home cannot host more than 8 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

For small children, there is a pack 'n play, booster seat. The bunk room w/ a single over double bed & pull out trundle is perfect for keeping the kids comfortable at night.

Two levels of easy access living:
Level one: Up a half flight of stairs from the main entry. The expansive living area awaits w/ forest and mountain views. A gourmet kitchen for the Chef(s) in your group with dining for up to 10. The large master bedroom w/ king size bed is on this floor. The master has a spacious walk-in closet as well. If you are responsible for booking the reservation, you deserve this room!

Lower Level, Down a half flight of stairs from the main entry you will find two bedrooms & another family room for privacy (or an extra sleeping area). Bedrooms one & two each have a queen size bed w/ plenty of room and Bedroom three has a twin over double bunk. The family room is the perfect place for the kids to play or just a retreat when you want to get away. There is free wifi throughout the home.

Outside: This home is surrounded by forest and you will feel like you are in a secluded mountain retreat. From the front or back, you have easy access to miles of trails for hiking, biking, or snow shoeing. You are just two blocks to Trout Creek where you can explore the shallows or fish for, you guessed it, Trout. Plus the owners have left two adult and two children's bikes for you to enjoy. There is also a hot tub that sits up to 7 people!

Skiing, just 4 miles to Heavenly Resort and 12 miles to Sierra at Tahoe

Lake Tahoe: ride your bike or take a short car trip to enjoy the lake. Rent an SUP or Kayak at Lakeview Commons just 4 miles away or explore the calm of Emerald Bay or the crushing roar of the waterfalls feeding it.

Night Life: Harrah's, Harvey's, Mont Bleu and now the Hard Rock Casino all await you just 4.6 miles away. Try your luck at the game tables or slots or catch a great music act. South Lake Tahoe is a great draw for some of the biggest names in entertainment.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).
