Too pricey for the accommodations.
We love Sunriver, and stayed in a different unit last year which was much nicer. On a positive note - the maintenance staff was prompt, polite and very helpful. On the down side, this rental is run down and needs some upgrades. There was a clanking sound in the master bedroom that never stopped, the gas smell from the water heater continued strongly during our entire stay and made my daughter sick, so she slept in the living room. The whirlpool tub in the master worked partially with one jet and the others not functional. The fireplace was great after the pilot was lit, but did not put out any heat because there is no fan. The unit stayed fairly cold the entire stay, especially in the bedrooms. If you wanted heat in the bedrooms, the living room area was too warm. I paid a very large sum per night, and the cost was too much for the stay at this property. And, they did not provide free passes to the SHARC, which was disappointing at the rental rate we paid.
