3 bedrooms (2 down, 1 up), 1 bathroom, full kitchen with large dining table, 2 living rooms (1 down, 1 up), deck, fenced yard, fire pit. Convenient to downtown. Offers space and privacy with separate areas for everyone.
Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and pet fee due upon booking.
Our house has a small apartment attached on left side. We use it as an office, it's quiet, and its parking and back yard are completely separate from your place.
Glencliff is a cool neighborhood with diverse dining options, parks, pool, soccer field, dog park, and interesting things to do. 4 miles to downtown. Easy access to Briley Pkwy, 440, and 24.
Dedicated parking in private driveway. Bus line available a few blocks away on Nolensville takes you straight to downtown, 4 miles away.
