The Enclave 1007 is a three-bedroom, three-bath, corner unit with amazing, panoramic Gulf-front views from the 10th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Luxury vinyl flooring is in the bedrooms with tile throughout the rest of the unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has a king-size bed

• The third bedroom has a queen and full-size bed

• Smoke-free Complex: Smoking is only permitted in the BBQ area

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Would definitely recommend staying here. It was a wonderful location with everything you need in walking distance. The view was gorgeous. It was quiet and peaceful. Very clean unit with plenty of space.

Beautiful Condo

It was a beautiful condo. We so loved that it had 2 king beds and 2 queen. Also having 3 bathrooms made a world of difference since there were 7 of us. I know they have it up for sale but hopefully we will be able to get it next year.

Retired ladies trip

My sisters and I enjoyed this property. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed being able to sit on the balcony and watch and hear the ocean. Walking on the beach in the evening and morning was the highlight of our stay. We were also able to see dolphins from our balcony. The unit was clean and in good repair. we had a lock issue with one of the doors and it was promptly addressed.

This condo is so spacious and absolutely perfect for a family stay!

Exceeded Expectations

I knew the condo from the pictures and reviews it was going to be good. But once I arrived the condo was even more spectacular that I could have imagined. I have never stayed at such a beautiful place. Everything laid out perfectly. The wet bar and ice machine made everything particularly special. So much room for our large group of people. Wish I had the money to buy this place. But I will be back again.

We loved our stay at The Enclave in Gulf Shores.

Everything was great. Grownups to kids really enjoyed our stay. The last 4 years we've used Itrip to book our condo and have never been disappointed. Hope to continue with a stay next year. Thanks for every thing to do for your customers.

Loved the condo and accommodations. It was very clean, plenty of room for our 7 adults, and right on the beach with beautiful views! Our major complaint is the parking. We had to spend an extra $100.00 to park our vehicles across and down the street due to the parking lot being full and it’s first come first serve. There are 70 units in the facility with only 79 parking spots. Luckily it wasn’t raining when we trekked the long walk to the Marriott Fairfield Hotel for their Paid Parking. Loved the condo but will not stay in this facility again due to parking!

Great vacation!

Once again, iTrip and The Enclave hit it out of the park! This year we brought the rest of our family along. They rented a condo right below us and loved it too. The only issue was parking at The Enclave but we worked around it. This was our 3rd year in the same condo and we loved it! iTrip has the best customer service and even called to check that everything was going well! Thanks again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving holiday

Our room 1007 was ready for us as we arrived. Discovered from the guest book that this is same condo we were in in 2016. Had problem with coffee maker but was given new one right away. Closet of fun beach items was appreciated. Used the discount for the dolphin and nature cruise and this was the best one we have been on. Highly recommend. Thought about using the escape room discount but looked a little toooo scary for our younger crowd. Should be returning for Thanksgiving 2020 and hope we can have same condo again.

Will not be back to enclave

We definitely will not be back to the enclave. The parking was a disaster. We stayed in a three bedroom condo with three families. On the first night the third vehicle was towed from "public" parking and we had to pay 185$ to get it back. Then, we had to pay an additional 50$ to park at the hotel a quarter mile away. While we were struggling to get a spot there were approximately 20 privately owned spots unused our entire stay. Some evenings it took us 30 minutes of circling the parking lot to get a spot. Then the pool was not even filled up and ready for use until the last evening of our stay so, we could not enjoy it. Once they did get water in the pool it looked disgusting and almost like milk. The beach was trashy and there were not nearly enough trash cans between the beach and condo. The room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable though. We loved the room and hate the overall experience put a damper on the trip.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Enclave. The facilities were very nice.

The property 1007 was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. The only negatives I can say were things that had nothing to do with this property. The elevators were acting up and most of our staff only one was functioning. Also, whoever was staying directly below us, they were smoking marijuana on their balcony which forced us to keep off our balcony and keep doors closed. We attempted to call security but got no answer. This only occurred in the early mornings or late evenings. This 2 negatives have nothing to do with the condo. We loved 1007 and plan to rent it again!
