"Less than 2 miles from Broadway, our cozy colonial two-bedroom is perfect for couples, groups, or business travelers craving that downtown vibe! Enjoy a kitchen (with a mini-fridge for snacks), a dining/work area, a comfy sofa sleeper, a full bathroom, and two private bedrooms. Come experience the fun!"
Our 2 bedroom unit is part of a building with three other similar units. You will have a king sized bed in the master along with double bunks in the second bedroom. The living room has plenty of room to hang out and relax along with a kitchen to allow you to eat in if you choose! **There is a pull out couch to reach the max sleeping arrangements for 8 people.

We provide off street parking along with plenty of on street free parking if you choose.
We have a keyless entry system which allows you to come and go with a code instead of a key.
We are located just outside of downtown (1.5 miles) and to the west of Germantown. We are a very short drive to everything Nashville's downtown and Germantown have to offer!
Our unit is very centrally located. We are a very short uber/lyft ride to all of downtown and Nashville's best neighborhoods.
