Nestled between the harbor and beach it is the only complex in this unique area.
302B is one of the few condos that offer expansive views on the harbor side it faces, as well as ocean views from the bedroom.
Enjoy the furnished balcony that overlooks the tranquil harbor and watch a myriad of sea life passing by. At night the twinkling lights of the boats, restaurants, and shops is simply spectacular. Relax in bed while the gentle sound of waves on the beach lull you to sleep.
Oceanside Harbor and Ocean Beaches are Southern California's most beautiful. The amount of activities within walking distance make this a truly unique vacation destination.
The large beaches have pavilions, picnic tables, barbecue grills, fire pits, volleyball nets, restrooms and showers and plenty of SAND!! Lifeguards are on duty from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
In the harbor you can rent kayaks, jet skis, stand up paddle boards, boats and more. There are Whale watching tours, Sportfishing, Sailing Charters, Harbor excursions, Surf lessons and more.
Restaurants in the harbor are varied and excellent. All host a happy hour. Many Specialty and gift shops including an Old Fashioned Ice cream shop and Fresh Fish Market also reside in the harbor. All of the above are within walking distance of the condo.
IMPORTANT - Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that once you have booked, you will be directed to SUPERHOG to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed within 3 days of booking and before check in.

Q. Is there parking in the complex?
A. Most units have 1 assigned parking space. Day guests can park in pay lot beside complex, overnight guests will need to park in the 72-hour free lot 1 on the east side of the harbor. This is on a first come, first served basis.
Q. What if I have an oversized vehicle?
A. No Vehicles over 16ft allowed on the property. Oversized vehicles need to pay for overnight parking in the camping area or in the Free Parking by the Crab Shack if available. 72 hours max.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the rental units.
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. All our units are non-smoking, including the balcony and anywhere in the complex.
Q. Is there air conditioning?
A. Each unit is equipped with either ceiling fans or portable fans to keep the air moving. There is no central or portable air conditioning
