- Dock accommodates limited boat sizes and types, typically up to 26'. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know so we can confirm.
- We cannot guarantee any depth of water. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power.

- Must be 25 years old to rent home
- Pet fee of $150 per dog. Minimum one year old, maximum 40 lbs.
