My family and I enjoyed our stay in Cape May and this home very much. Great location! Beautiful house. Everything you could want and more. Can’t wait to go back
We loved the house, location, owners were responsive. I would say the only thing…the welcome instructions the owner sent us were not very welcoming , I’d say it was pretty intimidating, the longest I’ve ever seen, with threats of the fine for every move.
Great place to stay. Fully air conditioned which wasn’t listed in the description. A great relief frankly because we really needed it some of the days. We would stay there every year but someone rented it all before we could unfortunately. We will definitely get our request in on time for 2026!
Overall, the property was fabulous (a few small things weren't "perfect"). The location can't be beat, the size was great for 3 groups to have space to do their own thing and the porch was to die for. We were very happy and comfortable (ages ranging from 15 to 82). Would rent again.

Charming & spacious
We had a lovely stay at this charming house. It was clean, beautifully maintained and the perfect location between the beach and town. The keyless entry is perfect for multiple guests on different schedules!
We had a wonderful time staying at this house! Our family has been coming to Cape May for almost 30 years, and this house was a perfect location for all that we like to do, both around town and at the beach. We especially enjoyed being able to sit out on the wrap-around porch in the evenings. Check in and check out were simple and the house was more spacious than we expected. We hope to stay at this house again in the future!
We loved staying at this fabulous, comfortable, spacious home! The layout and bed sizes suited us so well. Kitchen and bathroom are beautifully updated. Porch is a great place to hang out, with cushioned chairs, swing, tables and love seat. Check in and communication with host was excellent. We are already planning our next stay!
This is a beautiful property on Cape May! Very close to the beach, shopping and dining! The house is very roomy. The porch was perfect for morning coffee to late night cocktails. Our family decided if we stay in Cape May again this is the only house we will rent! Everything about this property is amazing!

Fabulous House!!
This house is on a corner 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. We have been there again for our second family vacation and love it. The house is large enough for our extended family and beautifully furnished. There is nothing you need to bring except for your bathing suits!
We will be back again!

Fabulous
This house is in a perfect location in Capr May. Close to everything. The beach and the shopping district. The house itself is lovely. We had 13 people and no crowding. We go back every year. The owners are great. Quick to answer with anything. A gem!

Perfect house!
This house is gorgeous! It's in the perfect location to do anything in Cape May. It's located close to the beach and within walking distance of downtown
The house was perfect for us. It was a family vacation with 8 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 toddlers and a golden!
We all had plenty of space, the porch was fabulous and a great yard
The house itself came with everything you'd need for your vacation
We all loved it and will definitely go back
The owner was wonderful answering a few questions when we got there!
It was our first time in Cape May but it won't be our last!
211 Franklin Street met all our expectations and then some. The pictures displayed on VRBO did not do the home justice. Far more appealing in person with ample room for my group of ten, comfortable and well-maintained. A beautiful wrap around porch on a nice quiet block, except for the sound of the waves at night. The home is a very walkable 2 blocks to the beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the Mall. Benny was wonderful and eager to make our stay an enjoyable one. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in a relaxing, restful stay in Cape May.
The place was ideally located and had more space than we (10 adults and 2 kids) anticipated. No one felt like we were crowded. Nice updates to the bathrooms and kitchen with modern appliances. The host was very responsive when we had an issue with the thermostat for the 2nd and 3rd floors. We had the room on the top floor with the queen bed and trundle. It had a window unit, which worked really well. The house was a short walk to the beach (5 minutes/0.2 miles), arcade, stores, and restaurants on Beach Ave. Short drive to the bay for a bay day and the sunsets. We enjoyed coffee and drinks on the huge front porch. Overall, I would recommend this beautiful home. Also, sheets and towels are included. Beach towels are not included. Bikes, grill, and a few beach chairs were included.
Loved this homey, immaculate 6-bedroom house with a big front porch, gorgeous well-equipped renovated kitchen, and a perfect location 2 blocks from the Convention Center and beach. A dozen family members, ages 10-80, had a grand time hanging out and shooting the breeze in the comfy open living and dining rooms, playing Jenga and Monopoly, lounging at the beach, taking long walks, and going to wonderful restaurants (including Vintage, Ebbitt Room, and Louisa's). Nice linens and towels were included, which was much appreciated, though you'll need to bring your own toiletries and hair dryer. Parking in the driveway for 2 cars, though on-the-street parking was no problem. The master bedroom is terrific. Would like that several of the queen beds not be pushed against the wall--they could be moved over a foot or so and a small nightstand added so the person on the inside of the bed had a place to stash a water bottle and a book and didn't have to wriggle out of bed in the middle of the night for a potty run. A small fix that should be easy to do and will be much appreciated. And some of the bathroom fixtures could use an update, also not a big undertaking. Thank you for a mighty fine week in our home away from home.
Halfway through our stay our oldest child, who is five, said “I wish we could take this whole house home with us.” That pretty much sums it up. Comfortable, well-maintained, close to the beach and shops, with a wonderful wrap-around porch and nice kitchen. We had a great stay.
This house is perfect for a family getaway to Cape May. A beautiful and charming home in a wonderful location. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental property in Cape May. The owners of the home were wonderful!
This was our 3rd time renting this property and would highly recommend it!

Great location
This was our first visit to Cape May and our first family vacation in 7 years. With four young grandchildren and their parents, it couldn’t have been better. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids had a ball! The location was close to so many things, we almost never used our vehicles. I think we will be back. 😎

Wonderful family reunion and wedding
What a wonderful time we had in Cape May, and your home was the center of it all for our extended family. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and perfect for all that we wanted to do. Close to the beach, the wedding venue, and all of the activities in Cape May...we walked to almost everything. Benny was prompt in all of her responses prior to our arrival, and was very helpful with information during our time in Cape May. All was as described, and we would be more than happy to return one day. Thanks for helping us to have a delightful experience!

Great house, location, and cleanliness
We loved this house. It is impeccable, well stocked, in a great location. It is close to the beach ( 2 blocks) yet it is very quiet with little traffic on the street. Houses are close to each other in Cape May. But, the property is very private with a nice yard and lots of trees for shade and privacy. We'd stay here again!

Absolutely PERFECT!!!!
We loved everything about this wonderful vacation home. The home is welcoming, comfortable, clean and decorated charmingly. The kitchen was spacious, the dining area and living areas were roomy and cozy. The bedrooms were just darling; private and very comfortable. My sister and I stayed in the two bedrooms on the third floor and enjoyed our shared sitting area with the TV. The third floor was also very quiet. The kids could be up and playing on the main floor and we weren't at all disturbed. I would also like to mention that the wifi speed was excellent. I was able to connect and work on my laptop with no problem. There were TV's conveniently located throughout the house, but we didn't use them too often.
We spent a lot of time on the porch. That seemed to be our gathering spot. Drinking coffee, eating Tasty kakes (why don't we have those in Nebraska!!), chatting and laughing.
The location was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and it was a short walk to the beach. The beach extremely clean, the sand was soft and it was very family friendly.
This was our first trip to Cape May and we all fell in love with the town. The people were friendly, the shops were darling and the architecture of the area was quaint and historic.
We had a wonderful trip and all would love to return to this home.
