Walking around Daytona Beach Ocean Walk, near the house you can get to numerous places. House is a enclosed big yard, can have barbecue. 1500 sq with nice furnishings, all utilities including WIFI and 3TV, 2 recliners and leather sofa. Kitchen has a fridge, microware, keurig cofee maker, diswasher, garbage disposal,2 compartment sink, toaster oven, 2 set washer/dryer both upper level and basement. Outside have A Grill and table and chairs. All utilities included. Bedrooms: has a queen-sized bed with firm mattress, nightstand, and TV, Dining room: table 6 seats, ceiling light..2.5 Baths. Bathroom: full-sized tub. and addition a shower and toilet downstair. This home has a plenty of space parking at the rear enclosed the fenced. 2 parking spaces at front.

Great location

Great location for walking to Ocean Center and bandshell. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Customer service and communication from owner is definitely top notch. Would stay here again.

Very close to convention center

This was the perfect place to stay for visiting the convention center. Walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants.

Great spot

House is super clean and cute. Great location for what we were doing. The only disappointment is that it was advertised as having 2 bathrooms when it was only a 1.5. Thankfully 1 shower between 6 people didnt prove to be as much of a problem as we thought it may have when we got there.

Great location close to Convention Center!

We came for our daughter’s volleyball tournament and were able to walk to the venue. Also easy and close walk to the beach and restaurants. Great spot!

Almost a hidden gem.

Initially we could not find the house. It's hidden. Great location a couple of blocks from A1A. Driveway is hidden and little sketchy. Beautiful and clean on the inside. Beds were comfortable. Everything you need. Host was easy to reach. We enjoyed our stay. o inside

I called the rental owner multiple times and no answer. There was ice cream sandwiches from a previous rental in the freezer and gunk inside the sink. There was no code for the door so we had to leave the place unlocked when we left and there was no parking pass as mentioned.

Great place to stay

I stayed 4 nights at this property, first time in Florida, and I really enjoyed it. The house is located close to the beach, stores and restaurants within walking distance. The property has all you need to feel comfortable with in your vacation (wish the house can be biggerso I can bring my whole family for rhe great experience), very close to major amusement parks in Orlando, we drive to Universal Studios and was not bad. I'm thankful to the owner for been on top of our needs, no matter the time. I hope my family and I can stay again here.
