The large terrace runs the length of the back and steps into an outdoor living space with fireplace and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Stepping off the terrace reveals the fabulous 14 foot deep swimming pool*. There is a tournament quality ping pong table, a foosball table and another beautiful seating area.

We test drive this home often to make the home a great experience for friends and family to share. We feel its an ideal venue to bring family together for a number of days. Whether your up for a competitive game of ping pong, an impromptu game of billiards or a chat on lounges around the pool, getting people back together is what this home is all about.

Security note: This property does have security cameras positioned outside the house only, covering the front and the back of house, including where the pool is located.
*Pool notes: pool opens 3rd week in May and is cleaned weekly, however it may take 2 cleanings before swimmable. Note: the surface of the pool can collect pollen and debris especially during the spring and may require renters to skim the surface of the pool during their stay. Pool closes Labor Day or can be extended by request.
** Services supplied by outside companies, such as cable tv, internet, etc., are not guaranteed during any stay as disruptions beyond owner control can occur.
