Hello-We are Jared and Amy Jo Tetzner! We bought this property unexpectedly on our honeymoon in 2017! We have spent the last years rehabbing this 1920's small resort which was once part of The Blaney Park Resort. Blaney Park has so much UP History. The town was once owned by one family and The Blaney Park Resort ran in the entire town. Blaney Park Resort opened in 1927 and was an extremely successful summer spot where families vacationed. We live in Green Bay and we spend our weekends and summer making this property better. We recently just purchased the large general store nearby our resort and are starting to rehab this property next which will be known as IXL General Store LLC. Please read about the awesome and deep history in your cabin about Blaney Park, MI! There are many publications in each cabin to help you learn about our history!

Why they chose this property

We love the extensive history of Blaney Park and have loved it for years.

What makes this property unique

We own the original Blaney Park water tower that used to supply the entire town with water.
