The space
This splendid studio apartment, completed in January 2023, has a balcony with views of the city and two windows. (sound-proof glass), two double beds and a sofa bed, hotel mattress, cotton sheets and towels. a kitchen cabinet, electric frying pan, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower with hot water. Air conditioning, fan, hair dryer, closet and clothes iron. It is a safe and secure place. This studio apartment is located on the second floor, with a private entrance from the street. We do not have parking on site, however, there are two paid parking spaces next door.

Entire space, guests will have access to the whole apartment . It is completely private. Lobby, living area and laundry are shared with other guests.
