Completely separate apartment with no shared spaces! Victorian home built in 1860 has old-world charm but modern amenities. Home has been converted to a modern triplex w/ brand new flooring, cabinets, fixtures & appliances. This apartment was created for VRBO. 2 Queen-size brand new Tuff-n-Needle beds along with high quality pillows. Living room has trundle couch with 2 twin beds. Over 60 amenities included in this small apartment to give as much comfort as possible. Outside the home was also recently painted, new roof, new asphalt parking and new steps.
High end finishes, comfortable bedding with high thread count sheets and pillows. Brand new Stainless Steel Kenmore appliances, dishes, towels, and more. Washer/dryer in unit is free to use with laundry detergent. Coffee machine with stocked amenities included. Completely separate unit with its own entrance....no shared space inside outside of parking lot. 2 parking spaces. Ring security camera is located at front and back door for safety. No cameras inside anywhere.
