Property includes a 3200 sq ft , 2 level home with 250 feet of sea wall on the Huron River. A perfect place to park your boat(s). All brand new furnishings, professionally decorated from Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma and Restoration Hardware. Private, clean and ready for your North Coast family get away!

Home also includes 2 sets of washer/dryers, one on the lower level and one in the garage and parking on driveway. 10 seat outdoor dining table and chairs, large sectional lounge plus outdoor umbrella and gas fire pit.
