Great View

Great views & good location. Condo was as expected-small, but overall fine for the 2 of us. A lot of the dishes were put away dirty, so we had to run most of them in the dishwasher before being able to use them. Not a big deal, but obviously the cleaning staff was not thorough. The biggest issue was that the washing machine was broken. This was very disappointing, as we had been traveling for 3 days and really needed to do laundry. The property manager was responsive, but after 2 days with no washer, we eventually gave up and went to the laundromat. Not how we wanted to spend a vacation day. In the end, the washer was not fixed until after we left and the manager compensated us for the time and inconvenience. Overall, a positive experience, the views and dual balconies made it worthwhile.

Exactly as described and loved the patios. Great location for a relaxing, enjoyable few days at Carolina Beach. My 2 teen children thought the place was perfect.
