Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available upon request, or can be purchased as part of a package. Viable alternatives include:
- Taxi-service applications such as Careem, Yango, Uber
- Dubai RTA Metro links

Building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, or other shared facilities are managed by the building management and are subject to maintenance or temporary closure without prior notice. - Standard Check-In time is 3 PM and Check-Out is 11 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and are subject at an
additional cost.

- All guests are required to provide passport copies before arrival in order to register with building management facilitating smooth check-ins.

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- In case of lost or damaged keys and parking cards, a replacement fee will be applicable.

- Housekeeping with and without change of linens available at the best rate. Extra linens and towels are provided subject to an extra charge.
