Perfectly situated near a variety of destinations including downtown Austin, Hill Country, Steiner Ranch, Lakeway and Bee Cave. Whether you're transitioning or on business, this home is well-equipped to meet all your needs. With three bedrooms, there's a perfect mix of privacy and common space. Nearby there are four parks, two lakes, and a motorsports-friendly dock nearby. Visit Mansfield Dam State Park to walk, swim or kayak.
The space
There is a total of 1750 square feet In this well naintained three bedroom and two full bath unit. There is an electric standing desk in the third bedroom which is perfect for a home office. There is a washer and dryer within the unit in a separate laundry room.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire unit including the garage. There are two designated parking spaces and a couple of spaces that are shared by the small complex. There are 17 steps after you enter through a first floor entry that lead up to this second story unit.
Other things to note
This property requires the renter to sign a separate rental agreement provided by the owner and is only available for stays that are 28 days or longer.

Highlights of the terms in our rental agreement are as follows:
- All adults staying in our unit will need to provide photo ID for security verification
- Our unit is not suitable for toddlers - there is an open stairwell with 17 steps
and unit is not childproof
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am daily.
- There is a VERY STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY in and around the property.
- There are only two parking spaces available
- All pets must be pre-approved and disclosed

As a “hands on” owner, I enjoy connecting with new tenants who want to explore the area for a while or are in transition to making Austin their permanent home.
My husband and I personally manage the property and live near by in case of emergencies.

Our property is in a unique six unit complex. It is very private and quiet.
Our condo has been appointed with lots of items to make your stay comfortable. You have the best of both worlds being in Austin and a stones throw to Lakeway and Beecave and Steiner Ranch.
