Enjoy your desert getaway in this beautiful upstairs second-story condo with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in central Palm Desert. Relax with TVs in every room, a BBQ, a fully stocked kitchen, & patio with mountain views. The comfortable couch also pulls out to a queen bed.

The condo community has 2 pools, 2 spas and is very safe. You will be located within a short drive to everything! El Paseo, restaurants, parks, Pickle Ball courts, golf courses, hiking trails, festivals, and shopping!
Our full kitchen contains pots and pans, a regular coffee maker, dishes, microwave, oven, dish washer, and a refrigerator and freezer. Please note: the fridge/freezer do not make water or ice.

The kitchen table seats 4 and we have a small table and 2 chairs on the balcony as well to enjoy dinner or lounging under the desert stars. The garage offers 1 parking space and holds a BBQ to use on the patio.

The home has AC to keep you cool inside during the summer months in the desert. We also have heating for the cooler winter months.

The living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs with streaming services for you to sign in to apps and enjoy a movie or your favorite shows. The living room has a large, comfortable couch to lounge.

The condo offers a shared washer and dryer below the unit that is shared with 2 other condos (please bring quarters, detergent, etc. if you’d like to do laundry during your stay).

The Indian Creek Villas community offers 2 pools, 2 spas, and close access to walking and hiking trails.
