Would have given 5 starts but .. It is in a very quiet, safe area. Very walkable to Metro, grocery and restaurants. Several blocks, but flat, low traffic, felt very safe to walk at night. Condo is nice. Almost everything you need, kitchen, AC worked well on hot days, living area with Roku TV and bedroom was comfortable enough. Supplies are very limited. Bring your own toilet paper, one coffee cup, 3 glasses, etc. A few more items in the kitchen could be added so you didn't have wash the breakfast dishes everyday. Also, no kitchen towels to dry the dishes and it seemed wasteful to turn on dishwasher for such few items. There is no one available if you need assistance at this location. It's owned by a conglomeration in Florida I believe. I received an email upon our arrival stating to call or email any concerns. I was on vacation and didn't want to get stuck waiting for a person to answer on a 1-800 number, so emailed on our arrival that the blinds did not close on the patio door. No privacy. Also, not mat in a very slippery bath tub. No response all week. I received an email the night before we were to leave informing us of check our procedure. I realized they did not respond to the email re the broken blind and I called to make sure they received it and did not think we were responsible. This began a series of phone calls that has still not been resolved. Long story short, poor communication if you have an issue
