Very quiet, although next to pedestrian shopping area, trendy cafes and restaurants. Building is on the spot of former Knights Templars' castle.

Le Marais is my favourite area of Paris , Rive Droit area of galeries, trendy cafes and restaurants and 17th and 18th century historical mansions.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is a penthouse in a building slightly higher than surrounding ones, allowing for lots of light and views on all of Paris. One can hear birds' songs every day while being in the middle of Paris.
