Other notes:
✶Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, Thursday to Monday. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units. No luggage storage is available Tuesday and Wednesday, however, our neighbor Tennessee Brew Work can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10AM for guests who need storage on these days.
✶ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
✶ Parking: The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.
✶ Latch Smart Locks. Guests will be invited to download The Latch App before their stay. We will need an email on file to give you Latch access.
✶ A seasonal pool is open March 1 through end of October, every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The pool is heated during cooler months. The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.
✶ Location: This new building is centrally located. While it features excellent soundproofing, some noise from other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction may be audible. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown.
✶ Amenities: All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities. We do not control their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility.
✶ Nearby Attractions: Photos in the listing depict places within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car.
✶ Smoke-Free: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the courtyard, pool, and condo balconies.
✶ Families: We provide a pack-n-play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs), playmat, and toys at no charge. Please ask your host for availability.
✶ Supplies: We provide ample amenities, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities can be purchased if needed.
*Please note that the urban location may come with some city sounds, including nearby construction, trains, and sirens. The area is home to a diverse community, including individuals who may seek assistance from a nearby shelter.

Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- Only 1 dog up to 50 lbs is allowed per reservation. a $100 pet fee applies
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras in the building. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.
*The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.
