It is centrally located between Spanish Springs & Lake Sumter in a quiet well established neighborhood, you will find the Village of De la Vista South right in the middle of three great Country Clubs; Tierra del Sol, Hacienda Hills, and Chula Vista. It is also located between SPANISH SPRINGS TOWN SQUARE and LAKE SUMTER LANDING MARKET SQUARE. Both Squares provide excellent restaurants, movie theater, shopping, nightly entertainment and dancing; You will find Tennis at all three Country Clubs, with Chula Vista offering volley ball and pickle ball or your recreational pleasure. Swimmers will find an ADULT POOL at Tierra and Chula, the Rio Grande Recreational Center offers a FAMILY POOL, and now a brand new Pool at Mission Hill. Lawn bowling and an outdoor range for air guns.

This property did not live up to the description or photos on VRBO website. Apparently VRBO does not check on or inspect the properties they represent. Cabinets and drawers had dirty dishes, silverware, pots and pans - dried food caked on, had to be washed before using. Kitchen carpets dirty, walked across in white socks, bottoms of socks turned black. Area rug in Living Room needs shampooing or steam cleaning. Stained dish towels provided had holes in them. Showers leaked water out on the floor. Bathroom sink drain was clogged with hair and gunk. Puddle of coffee under the coffee pot and grounds in the water reservoir. No other properties were available at this busy time so we had to stay there. Golf cart in garage is unsafe to use. This was our third visit to the Villages - very disappointing - first 2 rentals were immaculate.
