Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.

The property is in need of a paint job throughout the interior, dirty walls in every room. They need better housekeeping, the place seemed very dirty especially the exterior of the kitchen cabinets and small appliances. This property could be fantastic with the right housekeeping. The views are beautiful and the grounds are really nice. Location is great. Needs better property management.

Great for families!
This was a great place to stay. Views were even better than advertised. Very clean. Easy beach access. As a family, it was good for Spring Break week because it wasn't crazy on this stretch of the beach.

Beautiful relaxing home!
My family had a wonderful time in this home. We are a family of 7 and was definitely very spacious and the kids enjoyed easy access to the pool and ocean! Adulting at this location was great too a 5 min walk to the pier!

Great location & roomy
Security of the facility was great and the ocean views were beautiful. The condominium definitely keeps up with the grounds and pool areas. The new couches were very comfortable and nice.

Overall the premises and condo was exquisite. The only thing that I will definitely say is that they really need to fumigate for aunts. I left a bag of chips on the table and by the time I knew it, there was aunts all around.

Pros: Property is centrally located, nice views! secured entrance gate, well-kept community grounds, easy access to beach. Cons: Overall interiors of property needs more TLC (pots, pans washer/dryer need to be replaced), beds were hard and squeaky. Oh, the bunk beds room don't have enough A/C or well vented (install a stand alone unit like upstairs bedroom). :)

The pool was right in view of our room. Pool was very nice and easily accessed - except the pool gates constantly got stuck and were hard to open. The Sun Deck was great with a view of both the pool and beach. Beach was super easy access. Easy to get back to pool and room. The only issue we had in that respect was they didn’t have the tents/chairs available (to rent) during the week, only the weekend. What I didn’t like was that our unit was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Had I known, I would have changed my reservation as I have some knee issues. The unit was clean but had several minor issues… shower heads were clogged, blender was broken, some basic utensils were limited, pots and pans were pretty worn. But dishes were good. The unit was comfortable, for a family setting - large dinning table, good comfortable seating accommodated us well (5 adults, 3 kids). The second AC unit on the 4th floor bedroom was a plus. Overall, I would stay on the property again, but not in this unit - but only because of the stairs. This is a good unit if you don’t mind the hike.

Great Location, Weird Check-In & Suspect Supplies
Pros: Perfect Location: The condo's location is fantastic, situated right next to the pool and just a short, easy walk to the beach. This made our daily activities convenient and enjoyable.The proximity to both the pool and beach was a major highlight, making it ideal for families or groups looking for easy access to amenities. Cons: Cleaning Supplies: The condo was very skimpy on cleaning supplies. We were provided with a super small bottle of dish soap, only three dishwashing tablets for a 5-day stay for six people, and just two rolls of thin, cheap toilet paper per bathroom. This was quite inadequate for our needs. - Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen was lacking in essential supplies, making meal prep and clean-up more challenging than expected. For example there was a can opener but it was bent and rusted. - Check-In Process: The check-in process was odd. The off-site location for check-in was nearby, but the staff were not very knowledgeable about the condo. They provided us with a unit number, but the actual unit was labeled differently. We spent the first 20 minutes trying to locate the condo, only to call and find out it was labeled differently. - Door Code Issue: The code provided for the door was incorrect. However, it was easy to call and get it fixed remotely, which was a relief. - Towels: There were no towels available for the beach or pool, or if there were, we didn't know how to access them. Luckily we brought beach towels with us.

Bahia Mar 474
Location and property were awesome. Pictures of the place must have uses a WIDE lens and angles were exaggerated bc the place was very small compared to what we expected. No view from master bedroom. We ended using the guest bedroom as the main bedroom. Walls were dinged up. And in the middle of the night the fake tree in the corner falls all by itself startling us. Having to go off property for towels was an inconvenience. But not to be a NEGATIVE NANCY the place served its purpose. And we had a great time.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
This condo was perfect for our family of six! We had plenty of sleeping and bathroom space, roomy dining and living areas, and breathtaking balcony views of the ocean. The only hiccup was at arrival, when we had to wait an hour because the room was not ready at the expected check-in time. We did not mind because the housekeeper was exceptional and left the room spotless. However, the office attendant was unprofessional and quite rude when we brought it to his attention. All other staff was courteous. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to pool and beach
This condo is very close to one of the property pools and a quick access to the beach. The condo offered plenty of room for our group 6. The AC is cool and the balconies were a big plus. You can see the beach from each of the balconies. Fully stocked kitchen that we didn’t use. Security on the property is great, don’t plan to stay in the pool a minute pass 10pm because you will be asked to leave 5 minutes before closing. The deck furniture and umbrellas close to the beach are a great plus. Also you can pay for a canopy and lounge 4 chairs to be set up on the beach for less than $60 bucks a day! Cons: Condo Needs updated wall paint Couches have seen better days Beds were hard and uncomfortable

Updates Needed!!
Furniture needs to be updated...couches are horrible and walls are filthy! Sofa/loveseat are sunken, ,loveseat has a hole in the back, beds are hard, and bunk bed room over crowded. Unit not properly cleaned...hair in the master shower, kids juice in the bunkbed room, dirty dishes in cabinets, and soda bottles on the balcony. The location of the property is perfect! We spent most of the days outdoors so the house complaints were not worth mentioning to the property manager!

Location was great. My only complaint, was couches were very worn out, and some of the mattresses. Otherwise close to the beach, and pool. Hot tub was nice. Plenty of room in the unit for everyone.

Property was very nice and clean. Very convenient location and great view of the pool and ocean. The actual unit needed a few updates such as the couches and comforter in kids bunk bed. The water didn't get hot and the shower in the kids room doesn't run out of the shower head well. The patio furniture was dusty and TV's in the kids bedroom and top floor bedrooms didn't work and the carpet on spiral staircase was dirty. But overall great stay.

Perfect location for a girls getaway!
The condo was spacious and great for a girls weekend for 7. The separate bathroom per bedroom was perfect for us and the 3 balconies were awesome. We would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but we did experience a lot of sugar ants on the kitchen counters and the locks on the balcony were broken. We also were also short pillow cases on one of the beds. Overall we had a great time and loved the easy access to the beach as well as the pool and hot tub. Even more, we appreciated the privacy and safety of a guarded gated entrance. I would recommend staying here!

Fun weekend
The check in process was easy and the condo was very clean. Everything was exactly as advertised online and the grounds/amenities were well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others and rent again in the future.

a few inconveniences but overall enjoyable stay
The location of this building was perfect being right by the pool and close to the beach access. We had issues with the WiFi which normally wouldn't be a huge issue on vacation,but my SO did need to work from the condo during the day. It was repaired later the next day with no other issues. One of the showers (bunk room) barely had any water pressure and smelled of sulfer so we opted to just not use that shower during the stay. Balconies looked directly over the pool with great ocean views, and you are able to see the fireworks from Claytons. Kitchen was well stocked for meals and baking. . There is a Roku which was nice for the bunk room for the kids to watch at night. Property was peaceful and not alot of noise or traffice even being close to the pool area. Overall this property was great and would recommend especially for large families that need the space and convenience. We would book again.
