    Limpeza e localização otimos

    Apartamento como descrito, bem limpo, sem mofo ou poeira. Anfitriã responde rápido e de forma solícita. O zelador Luís muito educado, discreto. Condomínio limpo e com sensação de segurança. Caminhada de poucos minutos até a praia. Ao lado do shopping Peró. Época de muito calor em Cabo Frio. Sentimos falta apenas do ar condicionado. Mas havia 3 ventiladores de boa qualidade.

    A casa é boa e próxima a tudo. A zeladora é muito atenciosa e educada. O chuveiro do banheiro da suite sai pouca água e com isso ou tomamos banho gelado ou pelando. Só tem dois colchoes de solteiros e dois colchonetes de solteiro, alem do colchão de casal é claro. os colchonetes deveriam ser trocados por dois colchoes, pois dormir em colchonete é muito ruim. Fora isso, gostei muito.

    Local privilegiado, bem pertinho da melhor praia de Cabo Frio. Apartamento limpo, confortável e bem equipado. Condomínio com bom estacionamento e segurança. A proprietária Sra.     Vale muito a pena o apartamento é novinho e todo limpo em um lugar calmo e pertinho da praia e do shopping como prometido. Foi maravilhoso passar a semana no paraíso que é o Peró. Eu e meus filhos tivemos a oportunidade de curtir um maravilhoso recesso escolar na praia, para eles surfarem, fazer sup na ilha do japonês que é um capítulo a parte de tanta beleza. Dona Ilma com certeza em Outubro voltaremos. obs Para que está de recesso ou férias dias de semana são maravilhosos nesses locais, mais vazio e mais lindo.

    MUITO BOM

    Adorei o local bem tranquilo, pertinho da praia e do shopping do Peró que por sinal tem uma música ao vivo legal e uma picanha macia e chopp gelado. Gostei muito do apartamento com tudo novinho e limpinho, nem parece casa de praia. Sr Ilma está de parabéns por sua atenção em todo a negociação e na conservação do imóvel.

    Ótimo apartamento e praias lindas

    Minha família teve um excelente final de semana pertinho da praia, adoramos a limpeza, organização, tudo novinho como falado pela proprietária ( dona Ilma) muito gente boa. Não precisamos pegar nosso carro para nada, tem shopping e comércio pertinho. Gente super indico! Ah se for usar a churrasqueira marque com antecedencia.

    Maravilhoso imóvel e excelente atendimento

    Local lindo, apartamento limpo, novo, super aconchegante e seguro. Tivemos um excelente atendimento da proprietária a Sra. Ilma uma pessoa muito simpática e atenciosa em todo processo de negociação e estadia. Uma pena que fiquei tão pouco tempo em local tão maravilhoso. Recomendo à todos o imovel e o local terão um ótimo fim de semana.
