Pekin Cottage 1 is centrally located and is completely remodeled. Right next to Pekin Hospital and less than 20 minutes from Peoria hospitals. Walking distance to the quaint Pekin Lagoon where you can find fishing, paddle boats, playgrounds, putt putt golf, & water park.

This cottage is one of two cottages on site. It is a single family home that comfortably sleeps 4 with the exception of a 5th on the couch.

Great place

Awesome little house. Was able to do laundry which was a plus. Actually locked ourselves out and owner had a fast response and a solution. Definitely recommend this place to stay for work or pleasure. Everything you need….

I enjoyed my stay. I would have like it more if i could park in the driveway instead of the street. It is clean and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely Property!

Enjoyed our five night stay very much! Comfortable, clean and nice amenities. All appliances were extra nice and new. The only thing I would recommend is more living room seating other than just the couch and lamp table. A coffee table would be nice too but we were able to use kitchen chairs. I will definitely stay here again. Loved it! Our host was awesome! Quick replies if we had a question.

Positive stay

We were very happy with our rental. The only improvements we thought of is the couch is very uncomfortable. Also would be nice to have footstools or a coffee table to put your feet up. BUT, it was a very pleasant place besides those two things. This is our first time staying like this and would definitely do it again.
