Why they chose this property
Mar Vista is a gated community located close to many beaches. When you enter Mar Vista you will feel a sense of security and peacefulness. There are currently three communities in Mar Vista. The home is located in the community of Dos Rios. There is a hiking trail nearby if you wish to go on walks. Also, there is a restaurant called Gracia where you can enjoy great meals and drinks and the sunsets.
What makes this property unique
Casa Rosella is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath ocean view home located in Dos Rios, Mar Vista. The home was built in 2018 and sits on a spacious lot. There is an infinity pool and lots of space to relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture. You can watch the sunset or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.
