Escape to this very special picturesque house in The Refuge at Fenwick Island, Delaware. This gorgeous vacation rental offers a tremendous experience for guests. With 4 Bedrooms (3 with full bath. Master on 1st floor and a bonus room with 3 single beds for the kids., sleeps 9 comfortably or 11 with sofa bed, House includes front porch, sunroom, screened and open back porch, fenced yard, 2 car garage (not accessible to renters)
3 miles to beach - Fenwick Island and Ocean City, or just a few steps to many amenities including a large pool , exercise room, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, bocce, volleyball, and cornhole.
The thing I love most about this house and area are the nicely kept homes, the serenity and the convenience to all amenities
* Living room, sofa bed information : Pull up couch, open to the kitchen and dinning room

Why they chose this property
After looking at numerous properties adjacent to the beach in Bethany, Lewes, Rehobeth and Ocean City, no community compared to The Refuge for beauty, seernity, and a wealth of amenities. The Refuge is just a very special place and every single home is well kept as are the common areas. The HOA does a great job of keeping the community pristine.
What makes this property unique
My property is just steps away from all the amenties - Tennis , Pickleball and Basketball courts, There are also volleyball, Bocce, and Cornhole areas. The pool and cllubhouse (which has a workout room) are just a few steps further.
