Note: The pool and hot tub can be heated. Each amenity has an added fee: $80/day for pool heating and $30/day for hot tub heating. If you are interested in having the pool and/or hot tub heated as part of your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request of $25 is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SECURITY CAMERAS: This home has three exterior security cameras that monitor the driveway, the exterior area of the front door, and the back gate/fence line. There are no cameras in the backyard or pool area.
