Full size refrigerator. Microwave and coffee maker. Paid laundry on site. On site manager. Fully sound proofed by the Port authority - under the flight path. Pets allowed. Absolutely no; smoking anywhere on site and no parties. Corner south and west facing one bedroom unit kitchen. Amazing views and decks. Banker's Hill is quite centrally located. Close to all. This west and south facing apartment enables you to see downtown San Diego which is just a few blocks away and the San Diego Harbor and beyond. The Harbor is about 1/2 mile. Little Italy is a ten minute walk from the Inn. The Trolley which you can take anywhere is a ten minute walk away. Balboa Park is a nice neighborhood walk away and will take about 20 minutes. IT has a dog park too. Simply a great central location with fantastic views.
