Located in Playa Langosta, the most sough after area, known to be residential, quiet and at only a few steps to the beach, it is a real gem!

With our concierge dedicated for our guests, all has been designed for your dream stay either for vacations or working abroad. The condo has 24h security.

Layout
The apartment features a beautifully renovated and modern living room with a big flat TV, a dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen, 2 comfortable terraces, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The Master bedroom comes with a King-size bed, a flat TV, a safe, its private terrace with outdoor lounge chairs, a closet and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin-size bed, a closet and a desk office. The apartment has A/C in every room.

The apartment has been decorated in a modern art style. All the furniture, the bed sheets, towels, pillows and house appliances are brand-new.
To make sure you feel as much comfortable as possible during your stay, we provide beach towels, a speaker and organic essentials (shampoo and body gel are at your disposal).

The condominium amenities include 24h security (with guards and cameras), indoor parking, elevator, a playground.
2 different pool areas each : with its own main swimming pool, a kids safe pool, a large jacuzzi and comfortable pergolas with barbecue, outdoor kitchen, dining space, bathrooms and shower.
All the guests have access to the 2 gyms at the ground floor and at the top floor, the play room with a table tennis and the panoramic rooftop lounge to enjoy the ocean view and watch the sunsets.
