The house was very nice & spacious. The large dining room table allowed all 9 of us to eat together. The lower level was awesome with the pool table, bar & tv’s - great for Sunday football. The neighborhood was really nice & quiet. Please note that the host manages the furnace via an app which I completely understand but wish I would have known sooner. The lower level was toasty but the other levels were chilly with the open floorplan. The upper level (bedrooms) was the coldest area. Matt was very responsive & resolved the issue.
Good stay in a very spacious place but had a few hiccups
For the amount we paid we expected a really nice place to stay. It was very spacious but there were minor things here and there that could’ve made our stay better. Trash was left in multiple areas before we checked in, one of the main beds was hooked together so one of the boards kept falling out when you’d lay in the bed, the couch in the main livingroom wasn’t connected either and the chaise part would separate from the sofa part a lot. The shower in the upstairs adjoining rooms was very short. Hit out head several times and had to bend our knees to take a shower just so we wouldn’t hit our heads. I’m only 5’8 and my husband is 6’0 and I was hitting my head as the water came out at about my nose level. It was a pretty place to stay but these few hiccups hindered this review from being a full 5 star review.
