This little beauty is a bright gem with a large yard and in a wonderfully convenient location. Close to restaurants (you can walk to) and Pocasset Golf Course. Enjoy the outdoor shower and lovely gardens as you sit outside and enjoy your beverages on one of the many decks. The screened-in porch is most welcoming with seating for four. Complete with a separate former Artist Studio now holds kayaks for your use or just enjoy the extra space.
