The Quincy Cottage is perfect for families, traveling professionals & just about everyone who wishes to relax & unwind.

Great stay

We had a fantastic 13 nights in this property. Great location within walking distance to shops & restaurants. Superb host who responds promptly even when I originally enquired from the UK with a 6 hour time difference.

Delightful home

Beth has the most charming home I’ve ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and very comfortable for us. My adults sisters were there to celebrate our mother‘s 70th birthday, coming from three states. Beth added many unexpected but very kind personal touches, from birthday balloons and candies to a card and candles. She went above and beyond as a host to make our time there memorable. We would highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed.

Peaceful and comfy

Our stay at Quincy Cottage was so nice. The home was just perfect for our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful and went over and above to make sure we were taken care of. The comfortable beds and the well stocked kitchen made us feel so at home. Beth answered all of our questions completely and timely. Thanks so much!

Adorable Place to Escape with Friends!

My husband and I stayed here with 2 other couples while we were in town for a Quincy U Lady Hawks basketball game. Not only was it clean, convenient, and as advertised - the hosts added personal touches to the welcome packet. They were also very responsive to messages. There are a couple of great places to hang out in and outside the house, it is close to campus, and the neighborhood is well lit and safe. We did not bring kids, but the play kitchen showcased it is kid friends as well. Our friends from Quincy will be recommending this house to other guests who come to visit, and we will stay again on our next trip!

Family Visit

This is a great place for families to stay. We were in town to visit our daughter who attends Quincy University. Its location is great for visiting the school, groceries and local outings. The house was well stocked. My grandson loved having the ping pong table and board games and I think my husband loved having another “tv” area. The weather was great so we were even able to enjoy the fire pit. We will definitely be back!

Cutest Cottage Ever!

We had an amazing stay at the Quincy Cottage! The house was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. The cottage is outfitted with everything you can imagine while away. This is my all time favorite rental and the hosts are so thoughtful and communicative. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

Beautiful Cozy Cottage in the heart of Quincy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quincy Cottage. Beautiful, cozy, comfy, well appointed and full of special little touches that make all the difference. Great for a small family or 2-3 couples. I travel fairly extensively for work and although this was a leisure trip with my wife, I’m very familiar with hotels and VRBO properties and how wildly they can vary. The Quincy Cottage had everything we needed and more. Super clean as well! Really can’t say enough great things about this property and the owners. Special bonus was that is just two doors down from my parents first house after they were married. We’ll be looking to try and stay there EVERY trip back to my hometown and highly recommend. Thanks again for taking the time and caring about what you do! It makes ALL the difference.

Love this place!

This is the third time we have stayed here and will continue to stay here whenever I come to Quincy! The house is beautiful and the rooms and layout are perfect for our needs. Full kitchen which we utilized. The communication with the owners is wonderful. The location is perfect because it is just a few minutes away from our relatives and it is near all of Quincy. I highly remind The Quincy Cottage!💗

Wow! This was probably one of my top favorite vrbo's we have stayed at over the years. Beth's extra little personal touches made our stay perfect! The cottage was cozy, yet spacious. It was everything we needed and more. We have already booked it again for a future trip!

A lovely respite!

We were visiting Quincy for a family emergency, so the circumstances were very difficult. The Quincy Cottage was a lovely respite from the difficult things we had to face. The home is very clean, well-appointed, and so comfortable. The office space was a great place to work. The owners were lovely people, easy to reach, and very attentive to our needs. Our kids loved the game room downstairs! We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Love this place!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will always stay here when we visit Quincy. Love the personal touches and the house floor plan. Two rooms upstairs for kids and room downstairs for us. Full kitchen and playroom in basement. Working with Beth and Kevin is a joy!

Loved This Beautiful Cottage!!!

Our stay was great and even more beautiful in person than what was shown in the pics! Very cutely decorated in the inside with seating area in the back with small fire pit and my son loved the ping pong table…great for family bonding time! The host was very kind and communicative the whole time we were there, which was much appreciated. Neighbors were friendly and really was the perfect home away from home and pretty close to the convention center which was a plus for us. The location in general was pretty centrally located in relation to the Broadway strip so very convenient location. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future! Thanks so much to the host!!!

The Quincy Cottage is a Gem!!!!

Our stay at the Quincy Cottage was perfect! It was beautiful and welcoming. We were there for the 4th of July and my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Beth and Kevin went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even added some adorable 4th of July decor which made our stay even more magical. The property had everything we needed and then some! It is so nice when a host provides some of the essentials like shampoo & conditioner, coffee, plenty of towels for a family of four and on and on. Beth and Kevin did not miss a thing! I can easily say this is the nicest most well appointed VRBO I have ever stayed in and it will be our home away from home every time we travel to Quincy in the future. Thank you Beth & Kevin!

This nicely decorated home is centrally located and walking distance to the historic homes in Quincy. The house was clean and there were many little extras (lint roller, iron, Keurig coffee, fire pit out back). Check in process and communication was great!

Perfect Home for Our Family

We were in town for a family funeral and preferred to stay at a roomy home versus a limited hotel. I'm thankful I found this cozy cottage that was literally a five-minute drive to the funeral home, as well as the other scheduled destinations. Not only was the charming home conveniently located, it was immaculate, well-appointed, cozy, spacious and completely enjoyable. We loved the colorful decor, game room, reading area and breakfast nook, as well as the comfortable beds and luxurious towels. The host took utmost care to every detail to ensure a welcome stay. The host was responsive and professional. We especially appreciated the kind and thoughtful personal note upon arrival. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing property!

I have stayed in Quincy a number of times, but this is the first VRBO I have booked, and I absolutely LOVED it! The house was so lovely - each room had its own special charm. Because I was with my adult sons, the two upstairs bedrooms and main floor bedroom and bathroom were perfect for us. It was fun to see the variety of Quincy history around the house, from the books to the wall art. The kitchen was wonderful as well. Large refrigerator and dual coffee pot/Keurig machine (with a huge variety of pods) was perfect for us. There were plenty of bath towels that were soft, and the bedding was very comfortable. Great to have soap/shampoo/conditioner provided. Smart TV was easy to use. Although we didn't have much extra time to play, the basement had a nice Ping-Pong table and corn hole game. And there was a full washer and dryer complete with all the supplies to do loads if needed. I can't think of anything I would change. I will be coming back in the summer and will book for then. I fully recommend this place to anyone!
