In the newly-developed Reva Residence by DAMAC Properties, this gorgeous 2-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a luxuriously comfortable stay. Suited for couples, small groups of friends and families -- the tower itself is set just across from the Dubai water canal. This 85m2 apartment offers some tranquil respite within the bustling Downtown area. My home is in proximity to attractions such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, which are just 8 minutes by car, and Dubai International Airport, a quick 14-minute drive.
Invite yourself and unwind over the sofa in the living area and stream all your favourite shows on the TV. Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, and enjoy a complimentary brew with the coffee machine provided. The dining table sits high above the floor and has four bar stools to sit on; it can be used as an additional space for meal prep or digital work on a portable device. Outside, a private balcony with a slight swing chair and lounge seating offers the perfect place to relax, hold intimate conversations and marvel at the Burj Khalifa, which can be seen from my home.
The two bedrooms are fitted with stylish decor, a queen-sized bed lined with complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a built-in wardrobe. Additionally, two bathrooms are equipped with the same large walk-in shower and come with toiletries, fresh towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores; the area has a spectacular lineup of lifestyle content to feed the appetites of its young population.
Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can't fail to miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing the world's tallest building and the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children's play areas.
Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. Cross one of the bridges to the Burj Khalifa Park in the cooler months and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed-use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
